Join us for Pilates Day! Pilates Day was created by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) to foster appreciation and awareness for the best workout method ever…ok so we’re a little biased, but in all seriousness the list of positive outcomes from Pilates is long! Our favorites include:
Increases muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips, and butt (the ‘core muscles’ of your body)
Increases flexibility & mobility
Promotes weight loss
Improves bone density
Eases back pain
If you’re new to our studio, you can sign up for one of the two $5 Group Workouts we’re hosting. Both workouts are a 30-minute version of our Apprentice Tempo* workout, which is the intermediate workout on our group schedule.
After the workout, stick around to meet Jessica (the Owner), ask questions, and learn about the amazing deals we have on workouts!
*Note that these workouts are not “beginner level” workouts and are appropriate for those who are at an intermediate fitness level and familiar with the Reformer machine. If you haven’t done Pilates before or are a beginner, contact us so we can discuss the best approach for you!
