For starters, congratulations! We’re honored to be part of your wellness team during this journey. You’ll love our Prenatal & Postnatal workouts because you’ll be safe without sacrificing all the good feelings that come with a workout. We like to say we teach safe, not easy. ;)

We offer Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates workouts in Group and Private settings. You can expect a full-body workout that will safely strengthen and tighten all the right places: core, back, arms, glutes, and pelvic floor. These workouts will help support a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery, and get you back to feeling like yourself after your little one arrives!

Take care of your body and get those endorphins flowing so you feel happier and healthier. You'll can also look forward to meeting other moms to share your journey with.

These workouts are safe for any trimester or once you're 6-weeks postpartum. Once you’re 12 weeks along, we ask that you enroll in a Prenatal/Postnatal-friendly workout. Below you’ll find our complete Prenatal & Postnatal Policy as well as info on how to book and on what to expect during your first visit.

BOOK A GROUP WORKOUT

Just click “Book” next to the workout you want. If you see “Join Waitlist,” that means the workout is full, but you can join the waitlist. Your first Group workout is $25.

Group workouts are appropriate for those who have been on a Pilates Reformer before. If you haven't, start with a Private Training Session.


Prenatal & Postnatal Policy

  • Our Group Workout is appropriate for those who are familiar with the Pilates Reformer; if you aren’t familiar with the Reformer we recommend starting with Private Training so we can teach you

  • Once you’re 12 weeks along, please enroll in either our Prenatal & Postnatal Group Workout or a Private Workout and share a doctor’s note that clears you for "Group Reformer Pilates" or “Private Reformer Pilates”

  • If you want to enroll in another format and would be able to participate at that level without modifications or special attention, please email us and the Owner will respond within 48 hours

  • Once you’re 6 weeks postpartum, please share a Doctor’s note that clears you for "Group Reformer Pilates" or “Private Reformer Pilates”

  • Already a Smith? Please tell us as soon as you know you are pregnant so we can keep you and your baby safe. Rest assured that your news will be confidential so you can share when you are ready!

  2. Grip socks are required and no exposed zippers please. If you don't own this gear, you can purchase at the studio!
