We love partnering with people, brands, small businesses, and bigger companies! We’ve activated Workshops, Pop-ups, Team-building events, Birthday parties, Bachelorettes, Corporate events, product sampling, and more.
We’ll work with you to build something engaging, memorable, and easy-to-activate. We’d be happy to share examples of what we’ve done in the past.

Host a PRIVATE WEllness EVENT
Looking for a fun birthday, bachelorette, or team building idea? We can lead a Reformer Pilates workout, Mat Pilates workout, Meditation session, Breathwork session, Sound Bath session, or a mix. Check out a highlight reel from a wellness event we did with LUSH Cosmetics.
Our Santa Monica studio located off Main Street can host a group of 8 on Reformers (15 if you’re ok with breaking up into separate rooms). Our Culver City studio located off of Washington can host a group of 20 on Mats or 8 on Reformers. The cost is $350.
Here's what's included:
Customized wellness session led by one of our experts
1-hour event with the wellness portion being up to 50-minutes long
If a workout, we can create a customized playlist or play one you provide
Access to locker room, bathrooms, water cooler, and sweat towels
Add-Ons (incremental cost):
Photographer/Videographer - images and 1 reel delivered same-day
Room decor - theme of your choice, general birthday or general bachelorette
Food - Veggie platter, Fruit platter, Cheese and charcuterie platter, Protein platter, cakes, and/or cupcakes from Whole Foods
Beverage - Erewhon lemonade, Spindrift sparkling water, white white, and/or sparkling wine
Gifting - We source and assemble wellness gift bags for guests
VIP Access - Our studio entrances are somewhat private, but if private access is needed we can help coordinate
SAMPLING
Looking to get your brand or product in front of thousands of West LA’ers who love wellness? Here are the ways we partner with brands:
Sponsor a Day of Workouts. Commit to donating a quantity of 200 that we’ll distribute to Clients at both studio locations, In return, we’ll promote your brand/product via after class announcements, on our community boards, and post two stories on our Instagram channel. Cost is $250.
Gift the Pilatesmith Team. Commit to donating a quantity of 45 that we’ll distribute to our team that works across both studio locations. In return, we’ll promote on our community boards and post a story on our Instagram channel.
Gift for Challenges. Commit to donating 2 high-value items that we’ll use as gifts for our studio challenges. In return your logo will be used on all challenge promotional items (email, social, in-studio).
Welcome Bag Stuffer. Drop off at least 50 promo cards and/or product samples and we’ll stuff in the Welcome Bags that we give our to new clients who purchase a pack or membership.
Community Board Flier. Drop a flier that we’ll post on our community board.
POP UP
Post up at one or both of our studio locations to get yourself and your product in front of hundreds of West LA’s who love wellness. Cost is $150
Activate for up to 4 hours at either studio location (8-12am or 4-7pm)
We’ll provide a table or bring your own - you’d be responsible for providing table covering, decor, etc.
If you want us to help promote your pop-up, we’ll put a flier up our community board and post a story on our Instagram channel for $150.

EVENT OR CREATIVE SPACE RENTAL
If you’re in need of a space for an audition, dance practice, event, workshop, or activation you’re planning, we can help!
As part of your rental you’ll have access to the room(s) you rented, bathroom, and locker area. Cost is $300/hour for the room and $250 for an additional room.
