We love partnering with people, brands, small businesses, and bigger companies! We’ve activated Workshops, Pop-ups, Team-building events, Birthday parties, Bachelorettes, Corporate events, product sampling, and more.

We’ll work with you to build something engaging, memorable, and easy-to-activate. We’d be happy to share examples of what we’ve done in the past.

POP-UP & SAMPLING

Looking to get your product in the hands of hundreds of people who love wellness in the westside area? We offer easy-to-activate sampling opportunities:

1. Host a pop-up directly outside our doors for our customers to visit before or after their workout

2. Provide product that our customers can see and grab on their way in (Best for quantities up to 25)

3. Provide a promo code card that we’ll post on our community board and include in our new member packet (Best for quantities up to 25)

4. Gift the Pilatesmith team by committing to 35 samples or promo code cards, or outfit a select number of Pilatesmith Trainers who will plug your brand during their workouts (Best for quantities of at least 35)

5. Sponsor a day of workouts and commit to providing 200 samples or promo codes that we’ll distribute to guests at our studio locations; We’ll support this by posting a flyer on our community boards, announcing it in our workouts, and posting about it on our social accounts (Best for quantities of at least 200)

6. Provide high-value gifts for one of our in-studio challenges; We’ll support this by posting a flyer on our community boards, announcing it in our workouts, and posting about it on our social accounts (Best for gifts valued at $75 more more in quantities of at least 2)

PRIVATE EVENT AT OUR STUDIO

Looking for a fun birthday, bachelorette, or team building idea? We can lead a Reformer Pilates workout, Mat Pilates workout, Meditation session, Breathwork session, Sound Bath session, and/or Journaling session.

Here's what's included:

• Private room*

• Customized wellness session led by one of our expert Trainers

• Customized workout playlist, or we can play a playlist you provide

• Access to locker room and bathrooms

• Towels for all guests

• Table for any gifting, food, and beverage you provide

• Add-Ons (incremental cost):

• Photographer/Videographer - images and 1 reel delivered same-day

• Room decor - theme of your choice, general birthday or general bachelorette

• Food - Veggie platter, Fruit platter, Cheese and charcuterie platter, Protein platter, cakes, and/or cupcakes from Whole Foods

• Beverage - Erewhon lemonade, Spindrift sparkling water, white white, and/or sparkling wine

• Gifting - We source and assemble wellness gift bags for guests

• VIP Access - Our studio entrances are somewhat private, but if private access is needed we can help coordinate

*We also offer renting the entire studio for a fully private event

HOST AN EVENT OR WORKSHOP

If you’re in need of a space for a workshop or activation you’re planning, we can help! We are also happy to enhance your event by offering Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Meditation, Breathwork, Sound Bath, and/or Journaling component. Santa Monica studio off Main Street

• Private Room with 3 Reformers, 2 Chairs, 2 TRX, 1 Cadillac, and props

• Workout Room 1 with 8 Reformers, 8 Chairs, 8 TRX, and props

• Workout Room 2 with 7 Reformers and props

• 2 Bathrooms

• Locker Room

• Welcome Area

Culver City studio off Washington Blvd

• Private Room with 3 Reformers, 2 Chairs, 2 TRX, 1 Cadillac, and props

• Workout Room 1 with 8 Reformers, 8 Chairs, 8 TRX, and props

• Workout Room 2 with 15 Mats and props, or it can be left as an open space

• 2 Bathrooms

• Locker Room

• Welcome Area

As part of your rental you’ll have access to the room(s) you rented, bathroom and locker area. We’ll also provide a table for any gifting, food, and beverage you provide. We also offer add-ons:
