We recommend leveling down for your first workout, or starting with a Private Training Session so your Trainer can evaluate and guide you from there.

  • Group Pilates Workouts: Our group classes are taught with an Athletic Pilates style that makes every class tough and fast for the level! It’s the toughest Pilates workout in Culver City! We offer Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates.

  • Pilates Private Training: Perfect for anyone at any level who wants customized workouts to maximize results! 

  • Advanced Pilates Classes: For those who are advanced in their practice and looking to take things to the next level. 

  • Intermediate Pilates Classes: Perfect for those who want a good workout but don’t consider themselves advanced yet.

  • Beginner Pilates Classes: Appropriate for those who are familiar with the Pilates Reformer but not our Athletic Pilates style. We move at a pace that’s challenging for beginners, so expect to get your heart rate up.

Located directly off Washington at 12450 Washington Blvd at the southeast corner of Washington and Kenyon Ave. We’re right before the stoplight at Washington and Centinela next door to Menotti's Coffee Stop and steps from Hatchet Hall.

I have been to so many pilates studios on the west side and this hands down is now my home for many reasons. Great instruction, awesome music, killer buildout, friendly staff. Challenging workouts but they offer modifications that progress you. Wow. I’m literally wowed. Love this studio.
