Best Practices for Your Session
Expose the Skin: For maximum effectiveness, target the bare skin where you want results (anti-aging, muscle recovery, joint pain, etc). You can wear minimal clothing, such as underwear, or go completely nude. If you prefer not to disrobe, ensure you wear loose, lightweight, and breathable fabrics (like light-colored cotton), as heavier or dark garments will block nearly all the therapeutic wavelengths.
Remove Barriers: Makeup, sunscreen, and thick lotions can also block the light from penetrating properly. Always apply therapy to clean, bare skin.
Wear Protective Eyewear: Many devices emit very bright light, so it is highly recommended to wear protective goggles. We will provide some for you.
Plan Your Experience: Bring a book, audiobook, or playlist if you want to entertain yourself during the session. It’s also quite popular to use this time to rest and relax - just be sure to set an alarm. Bluetooth headphones will be provided and must be used whenever audio is played.

We suggest using the restroom before your session. You’ll be led to a Private area that sits directly off our Private Training room, then we’ll explain how to use the equipment, and you’ll be left alone to undress and self-start your session.
