These workouts are led by Trainees currently completing our Certified Athletic Pilates Trainer (CAPT) program. While they aren’t certified yet, they are in the final stretch of their comprehensive 420-hour program.
All workouts will follow Pilatesmith guidelines. Expect thoughtful sequencing and intentional decisions, with Trainees possibly needing to refine cues and pace throughout the session. These are appropriate for those who enjoy supporting emerging Trainers and are comfortable participating in a Trainee-led experience offered at a reduced rate.
